This House Targaryen cocktail.
Ingredients:
Grenadine
50ml of white rum
A splash of your preferred spirit
Method:
Pour the spirit into a glass and swirl it carefully so that the liquid cover the sides of the glass, then pour away the remaining alcohol.

The herbal Valar Morghulis.
Ingredients:
50ml gin
3 dashes absinthe
20ml lemon juice
Sprig of rosemary
Sprig of lavender
Tonic water
Method:
Shake all the ingredients together except for the tonic water. Then double-strain your drink through a sieve into a drinking horn (or glass) packed with crushed ice. Top up with the tonic water.

Portobello Road Gin
The chocolate and vanilla White Walker.
Ingredients:
White chocolate liqueur
Vanilla cream soda
Blue Curaçao
Method:
Fill a tall glass with ice, then fill it halfway with white chocolate liqueur. Fill the rest of the glass up with vanilla cream soda. Finally, slowly and gently pour a spoonful of blue Curaçao over the top (the drink should look layered: light blue on top with white below).
The cinnamon apple Red Viper
Ingredients:
1 bottle of cider
50ml Firewater (100 proof cinnamon schnapps)
50ml bourbon
Splash of McGillicuddy's Apple Pie
Cinnamon
Method:
Pour the chilled cider into a tall glass.
Line the rim of a shot glass with cinnamon. Add the Firewater, bourbon, and McGillicuddy's to the shot glass, then drop shot glass in the cider and enjoy.– Rebecca Hubbell, creator of Sugar and Soul
